Advertising policy guidelines
Booking & approval
Every advertisement is reviewed before it goes live. Bookings are approved or rejected within 2 business days, and creatives must match the submitted brand and landing page.
Payment terms
The advertising fee is due in full before the campaign starts. Vendors may settle from their store balance; third-party businesses pay by card, bank transfer or invoice (Net 15 for approved accounts).
Creative standards
Static JPG/PNG or animated GIF under 300 KB, exact pixel size for the booked space, no autoplay audio, no flashing effects, and text must be legible at 100% scale.
Prohibited content
No counterfeit goods, adult content, weapons, illegal drugs, gambling where restricted, misleading claims, or creatives that imitate site UI or system alerts.
Delivery & make-goods
Impression estimates are indicative. If delivery falls more than 20% below the estimate, the shortfall is compensated with bonus run time, not a cash refund.
Cancellation & refunds
Cancel more than 7 days before the start date for a full refund. After a campaign starts, unused whole weeks are credited to the advertising account.
Separation of accounts
Vendor advertising, third-party advertising and site-owner house ads are billed and reported separately. Advertising fees never touch a vendor's own payment processor.
